Trouble signing in?
Let's figure this out together.
I'm not getting my sign-in link
We send sign-in links by email — no passwords to remember. If yours isn't showing up:
- Check your spam folder. Our emails come from hello@mydoula.page — you can add that to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
- Make sure you're using the right email. The one you signed up with. Typos happen.
- Wait a minute or two. Most links arrive within 30 seconds, but sometimes email providers are slow.
- Try again. Links expire after 15 minutes, so requesting a fresh one is fine.
Still nothing? Let us know and we'll sort it out.
I lost my authenticator app
If you set up two-factor authentication and can't access your authenticator anymore, you can still sign in with a backup code.
When you see the "Enter your code" screen after clicking your sign-in link, type in one of the 8-character backup codes you saved when you first set up two-factor authentication. It works in the same input box as your regular code.
Each backup code can only be used once. After you're signed in, go to your Settings page to set up a new authenticator and generate fresh backup codes.
Can't find your backup codes either? See below.
I've lost everything — authenticator and backup codes
It happens. Phones break, notes get lost. We can help.
Contact us and let us know the email address on your account. We'll verify your identity and reset your two-factor authentication so you can sign in again.
For your security, we'll need to confirm you are who you say you are before making any changes. This is a human process — no automated resets — because your account matters.
I can't access the email I signed up with
Since we use email-based sign-in links, you'll need access to your email to log in. If you've lost access to that email account, try recovering it through your email provider first — that's the fastest path.
If that's not an option, get in touch and we'll work with you to update the email on your account. We'll need to verify your identity, which might take a little longer than usual.
Your page stays live during all of this. Nothing happens to your content while we're sorting things out.
Whatever happened, we'll figure it out. Your page isn't going anywhere.
